CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to make your reservation and you need to cancel, please give us a minimum 24 hours notice and we will gladly issue you a full refund. No shows or cancellations within 24 hours will not be issued a refund.
We operate in rain or shine. If the guides deem it is unsafe to ride, we will reschedule your ride or we will cancel and issue you a full refund.

ACTUAL DEPARTURE TIMES MAY VARY

We do our best to stick to the schedule but sometimes getting people ready for their ride takes a little longer. Not to worry, you will still get approximately a one hour ride. 

WHAT KIND OF TRAINING DO THE GUIDES HAVE?

All of our employees are certified in CPR and basic first aid. They have over 30 years of experience with horses and are trained in horse behavior and care. They are also trained and familiar with public relations, emergency procedures and safety.

WHAT KIND OF ATTIRE SHOULD I WEAR?

We recommend wearing close-toed shoes such as boots or tennis shoes and jeans. We also recommend bringing a coat just in case. We have a place to keep personal belongings that you don't take on the ride.

DO I NEED TO WEAR A HELMET?

For their safety, children ages 7-15 must wear a helmet. Ages 16 & 17 must also wear a helmet unless a parent or legal guardian signs the refusal statement. Ages 18 and up may opt out of wearing a helmet by signing the refusal statement. Helmets are provided.

OUR RIGHTS

Safety of our customers and of our horses is our number one priority. Due to the nature of this business, we reserve our rights to refuse service to anyone.

ARE THERE ANY WEIGHT RESTRICTIONS?

Insurance policy is that the rider must not exceed 240 lbs, or 20% of the horse's weight to include tack. Please give us a call for more information and to further discuss.
